Who are we?
Bogdanovic Construction Inc. is a family owned general contracting business dedicated to providing new residential construction services. Founded by Steve and Biljana Bogdanovic in 1998, in Aylmer, St. Thomas, and London surrounding area. The company relocated to Kincardine in 2007 and started building in the Stone Haven Subdivision and on privately owned lots.
Their children, Olivera and Aleksandar Bogdanovic, now play a big part in the company’s success bringing a combination of skills in civil engineering, land surveying and interior design. They ensure every project is approached with meticulous care and attention to detail, and that each home reflects the unique needs and desires of their clients.

Bogdanovic Construction Inc. team has a mission to deliver exceptional construction services that prioritize quality, craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. They are dedicated to transforming clients’ visions into a reality so that these customized homes can be cherished for generations to come.
Bogdanovic Construction Inc. is also a developer. After four years of planning, their premier lakeside development, Crimson Oak Valley, officially opened in 2020. Located off Lake Range Road in between Concession 10 and Concession 12, just South of Kincardine, Crimson Oak Valley is only a short walk to the beaches of Lake Huron. Of the 77 lots, less than half are still available for purchase.
