Consultation and Estimate

Upon initial contact, Aleksandar and Biljana Bogdanovic will schedule a meeting to discuss the client’s vision, preferences, and requirements for the new home. Based on that discussion, a preliminary estimate will be provided to help determine the most appropriate next steps.

 

If the decision is made to proceed, Aleksandar will prepare a detailed specification outline for the custom home along with a comprehensive construction cost breakdown. All administrative aspects—including paperwork, permits, registrations, and related requirements—will be managed to ensure a smooth and seamless process.

Design and Planning

Once the contract is signed, a close collaboration begins with Olivera and Biljana, who lead every stage of the design and planning process. From shaping the exterior appearance to mapping plumbing and electrical systems, and refining the interior layout and décor details, the entire process is overseen from start to finish.

Guidance is provided step by step to support informed decision-making, coordinate all technical and design elements, and ensure that every detail aligns with the original vision. Throughout the process, regular updates and clear communication are maintained so progress remains transparent and confidence stays strong as the home takes shape.

Construction Phase

From start to finish, Steve, Aleksandar, Olivera, and Biljana Bogdanovic oversee every phase of construction to ensure each home is completed with exceptional craftsmanship and genuine pride, while fully complying with the Ontario Building Code at every step.

The Bogdanovic Team carefully coordinates all trades to ensure that every agreed-upon inclusion is delivered as planned. One of the key benefits of building a custom home is the opportunity to refine and adjust design details as the space comes to life. That’s why clients are encouraged to visit the site regularly, as experiencing the home in person offers a far clearer perspective than viewing plans in two dimensions.

Predelivery Inspection and Move-in Day

A predelivery inspection will be completed with Olivera and Aleksandar Bogdanovic a few days prior to the closing date to ensure everything meets expectations and any outstanding items are addressed. During this time, the warranty coverage and ongoing maintenance requirements will also be reviewed in detail to ensure a clear understanding of homeowners’ responsibilities.

Once closing day arrives and all necessary paperwork has been finalized, the keys to the new home are provided. The home is backed by Tarion warranty coverage, and the entire team remains available to assist with any questions, comments, or concerns.
